Freely Redistributable License for Digital Images

This Freely Redistributable License Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between BFAM Crafts (“Licensor”) and any individual or entity (“User”) who downloads, shares, or uses the digital image described below (“Image”). By accessing or using the Image, the User agrees to the terms of this Agreement.

1. Grant of Licence

The Licensor grants the User a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, copy, distribute, and share the Image, subject to the terms outlined in this Agreement.

2. Permitted Uses

The User may:

•Copy, distribute, and share the Image freely with others.

•Use the Image in personal, educational, or commercial projects.

•Modify, adapt, and create derivative works based on the Image.

•Share and distribute the Image or derivative works through any medium or platform.

3. Conditions of Use

The User must:

•Credit the Licensor in all public uses of the Image, unless the Licensor explicitly waives this requirement.

Suggested credit format: “Image by BFAM Crafts. Licensed under a Freely Redistributable License.”

•Clearly indicate any modifications or adaptations made to the original Image.

4. Prohibited Uses

The User may not:

•Claim ownership of the original Image.

•Use the Image in a way that is defamatory, unlawful, or infringes on the rights of others.

•Misrepresent the source of the Image or derivative works.

5. Ownership and Copyright

The Image remains the property of the Licensor. This Agreement grants usage and redistribution rights but does not transfer ownership or copyright of the original Image.

6. No Warranty

The Image is provided “as is” without warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Licensor shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Image.

7. Indemnification

The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Licensor from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use, distribution, or modification of the Image.

8. Revocation of Licence

The Licensor reserves the right to revoke this licence for any breach of its terms. Upon revocation, the User must cease distribution and remove all copies of the Image, including derivatives, from their possession.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By using or distributing the Image, the User acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Agreement.
